"I have been a customer of Lisa's State Farm office for 20+ years with one brief break. I can say with certainty that she and her staff are the most friendly and responsive insurance team I have ever dealt with. I've had 2-3 major claims over that time frame, which have all been handled with professionalism and responsiveness. I left her briefly for another company and returned very quickly, realizing that premiums aren't the most important factor in evaluating an insurance relationship. State Farm's rates have since come down dramatically, making them an even better value. I have my home, car(s), and umbrella liability through them, and would never switch for any reason. Highly recommended."
